A small pavilion in Budapest’s City Park, providing an accessible setting for community life, gardening and shared activities within the Garden for the Blind.
Set within Budapest’s City Park, the Garden for the Blind is conceived as a protected and carefully defined landscape, offering a safe and accessible environment for visually impaired visitors.
The pavilion forms an integral part of this setting, providing a modest architectural framework for the everyday life of the garden. It accommodates the essential functions of community gatherings, gardening and shared activities, including a small kitchen, accessible restroom, dining area and garden storage.
Rather than standing as an autonomous object, the building is intended as a quiet background to the landscape — clear in its organization, easy to navigate and closely connected to the garden it serves.
